The hCG-CHECK-1 test is a rapid quantitative assay for the detectionof human chorionic gonadotropin in plasma, serum and urine. Themethod, which is patented, employs a unique combination ofmonoclonal-dye conjugate and polyclonal-solid phase antibodies toselectively identify hCG in the test samples with a high degree ofsensitivity.
Depending on the hCG concentration, different lines will appear onthe test allowing the quantitative measurements of hCG level inserum, plasma or urine samples when used in combination with ourEASY READER or EASY READER+ rapid test readers.
Each kit contains everything needed to perform 10 or 20 tests.1- hCG-CHECK-1 reaction devices: 10 202- Disposable plastic pipettes: 10 203- Instruction leaflet: 1 14- Controls (Optional): 1 positive control vial (ref. V050B forserum/urine, freeze-dried) and 1 negative control vial (ref. V051for serum/urine, liquid): the controls (1 x 0.5 mL) are prepared fromnon-infectious human chorionic gonadotropin, tested and foundnegative for anti-HIV, anti-HCV and HBs antigen and contain 0.05 %sodium azide. The concentration range is indicated on the vial label.
